  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

  • Discounted or final-sale products.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@sberry.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective).

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm eligibility for refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or damaged items).

5. Exchanges

Exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days If you prefer an exchange, we will process it after receiving your returned item. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
